I cannot predict any delays during shipment, but you will receive a tracking number and I ALWAYS insure your packages. To reduce my time spent out at the post office, I only make drops once or twice a week. If you receive a tracking number, it may not be updated right away.

Shipping & Returns
Please allow time & space for me to create your product - I put a lot of love into these and want them perfect before I ship. I am one human being and make most orders as you purchase them. If you need something by a certain date - feel free to contact me HERE to secure it.

Items bought off of the “Ready to Ship” page will be shipped out within 4 business days!!
ANYTHING Made-To-Order/Custom Dream Products: Up to 6-8 weeks to ship.
Daywands and Derpchucks: Up to 4-8 weeks to ship.
Contact Wands/Sequin Wands: Up to 4-8 weeks to ship.
Hoods and Masks: Up to 4-8 weeks to ship.
Quivers: Up to 4-8 weeks to ship.
Larger orders/orders with more than 1 items may take a little extra time to complete.
These are all an estimate - things may take a few days extra or a few days less, but I try to get them out a few days early if I can. If you need things for an event/specific date - contact me.
Shipping Domestic
Once the item is created then shipping will usually take about 2-4 days to arrive. I ship everything USPS with tracking and I insure every package for YOU! Express shipping options are available to you also.
Shipping International
Once the item is created and shipped it will usually take about 7-10 days to arrive. I ship everything USPS and unfortunately am not able to offer tracking once the package leaves The United States. I will insure if possible for you.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
