DerpGear contact wands are all customizable and perfect for wanders looking to work on more “techy” moves or that prefer heavier wands. These feature weighted silicone ball end caps and added grippy tape down the center of the wand.

Please read below for more details on what can be customized <<< You will select all of your options when you “add to cart”.

The look:

• Tapes: You can choose any 1-3 tapes to be included on the wand.
  Check out all of the tape options here. If you want this to be reflective, make sure you are choosing at least one tape that says “reflective option”.
  If you can’t decide, I can make this mystery style for you!

  • This wand does not include any specialty detailed taping designs/decals. You may be looking for a Derp Dream Wand instead, but I am not currently taking customs like this. Make sure you’re subscribed to my mailing list to be notified when.

• You choose your end caps colors from what I have available. I recommend choosing two different colors to easily tell top from bottom. You can NOT mix and match between brands. Please choose 2 balls from either Home of Poi OR Derpgear. (See photos)

• You get to choose one free little personalization decal. THIS video is a good example of some personalization ideas, if you can’t decide.

The feel:

• Grip Tape = Your wand will be wrapped in the center with clear grippy tape to help with contact tricks.

• Weight = You can choose any weight between 8oz and 11 oz (this is really heavy!!!). A good standard wand to learn and grow with would be between 8.5-9oz. I recommend 9oz for a pomgrip setup and between 7.5-8.5oz for longstring.

EXAMPLE: 9oz, 9.5oz, 9.8oz, 10oz, 10.2oz...11oz

• Length = 28 Inches is my standard, but I can customize anywhere from 26-32 OR you can request a mini 20 inch. Contact me for something out of this range.

• String setup/tether: You choose between a finger loop/swivel, long string (which will NOT come with a swivel or finger loop, or a Lanternsmith X Derpgear Pomgrip setup (recommended for learning tosses). If you choose pomgrip, you get to pick the color! (See photos)

• Width = Same size as Derpgear daywands at 5/8th inches.

• Thick technora braided string.

Each wand is personally tested for balance.
